Official (rubber) stamps
3W is responsible for issuing and managing official stamps (rubber stamps) for use in the embassy and consulate.
Clarification
These stamps are registered and have a unique registration number.
You can order via SSP.
An overview of the stamps required at the mission can be requested via the digital overview. Broken or old stamps that are no longer used, must, (to prevent abuse) be returned to the 3W secretariat for destruction. There they are destroyed, and an official report of destruction is drawn up.
You must archive the proof of shipment to 3W (letter with agenda number, stamp number and stamp print).
